1. Agreement
DocOrca, also branded as DocOrca on Chinese-language pages, is operated by Wenjiang District Yifeng Department Store. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. Do not upload files or purchase a plan if you do not agree.
2. Service
We provide automated tools for merging, splitting, converting, recognizing, compressing, and protecting PDF and office documents. Available tools, file limits, job allowances, and result-retention periods are those displayed at the time of use.
The service processes files that you choose to upload. We do not sell physical goods, third-party content, financial products, adult content, or regulated items.
3. Accounts, prices, and paid plans
- Provide accurate account and contact information and protect access to your account.
- Price, currency, plan duration, and benefits are shown before payment. Current fixed-term plans expire at the end of their stated period and do not renew automatically unless checkout clearly says otherwise.
- Payments are processed by the authorized payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store complete payment-card details on this site.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law.
4. Your files and results
You retain your rights in uploaded files and results. You give us only the limited permission needed to receive, temporarily store, automatically process, and deliver them for your selected task.
- Free-account files and results are generally retained for no more than 3 hours. Active paid-plan files and results are generally retained for no more than 24 hours unless a page states otherwise.
- You may delete a result after processing. Files are automatically removed at expiry and cannot be recovered.
- Keep your own copies of important files and downloaded results. Do not upload the only copy of a document.
5. Acceptable use
You must have the right to process anything you upload. You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized material; upload malware; disrupt the service; bypass limits; abuse APIs; or try to access another person's account or files.
We may restrict access for security threats or unlawful abuse and may preserve required records or cooperate with authorities where legally required.
6. Intellectual property
The DocOrca site, software, interface, branding, and original content belong to the operator or applicable licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or build a substantially identical derivative service except where law expressly permits it.
7. Changes, availability, and liability
We take reasonable steps to maintain availability and security, but networks, browsers, file structures, and third-party infrastructure may cause delays, interruptions, or conversion errors. Check results before relying on them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, or loss caused by failing to keep a copy of a file. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for serious violations of these Terms, security requirements, or applicable law. Existing payment, refund, and statutory obligations survive termination.
9. Updates and governing rules
We may update these Terms for product, legal, or business changes and will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated through the site or an available account channel. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith; mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
